I was trying to figure out the difference between Zisha clay and regular ceramic for cooking and found VitaClay Chef. The Zisha Clay Pot arrived fast. It works way better than my old Crock-Pot.

How do you all clean your VitaClay pot? I just use hot water and a sponge, super easy, though the Replacement Clay Lid can be a bit fragile if dropped!
